When you send an email, submit a CV or application, we may collect your name, contact details, employment history, education and qualifications, references, and any additional information you choose to provide. We use this information to review and manage your application, assess your suitability for the role, and contact you regarding your application. If you give your consent, we may also contact you about future opportunities. We may also process your data where necessary to meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We process your information under the legal bases of legitimate interests, consent (where applicable), and legal obligation. All personal data submitted through our recruitment process is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel involved in recruitment. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse, or unauthorised access to your data.

We retain unsuccessful applications for up to 12 months unless you request deletion sooner. If you consent to being considered for future vacancies, we may retain your details for up to 24 months. If your application is successful, the information you provide will be transferred to your employee record and managed in accordance with our internal employee privacy policy.

We do not sell your data. We only share your information with trusted service providers who support our recruitment processes, such as secure cloud storage providers, or with regulatory authorities if we are legally required to do so.
